Bengoetxe Berezia
Discover Berezia
Bengoetxe Berezia is the txakoli with the longest aging produced in our winery. It is a wine that is only produced in those vintages that provide the raw material of excellent quality. Berezia, which means 'special' in Basque, is aged on fine lees with regular batonnage for 1 year, and then aged a further year in bottle to add complexity.
Characteristics
Txakoli made through a harvest with a careful selection at the right moment of maturity and fermented at low temperature to obtain greater aromatic intensity. The subsequent aging on its own lees gives it volume, smoothness, and balance.
